Delivery Arrangements

  • Free Delivery: Free delivery service for online orders applies only to orders of $600 or above. Orders under $600 will incur an additional delivery service fee of $100.
  • Delivery Coverage: Delivery service does not include outlying islands. Ma Wan and Tung Chung incur an additional charge of $100, while Discovery Bay incurs an additional charge of $300.
  • Delivery Time and Service: Under normal circumstances, depending on different delivery area requirements, standard items ordered by customers can be delivered within seven to ten working days (excluding bed frames). The delivery period for bed frames and custom-sized items is seven to fourteen working days. Some specific products can be delivered as early as within four working days. Products delivered in boxes will not include unpacking service.
  • Delays: Some items may experience delivery delays due to stock availability issues. In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or other emergency situations, delivery services will be suspended or delayed, and delivery dates will be rearranged accordingly.

Standard Delivery (Regular Products)

  • Delivery Time Changes: If customers need to change the delivery time, please call the customer service hotline or send an email to make changes at least two working days before the scheduled delivery date, otherwise customers will need to pay an additional delivery fee of $500. The new delivery date must be at least three working days after the notification of the delivery change.
  • Delivery Time Changes for Compressed or Boxed Products: To ensure products remain in optimal condition, orders containing compressed or boxed delivery products that require delivery date changes must accept new delivery arrangements between three to seven working days from the original delivery date. Orders will be voided beyond this period, and payment will be forfeited.
  • Delivery Deadline: Orders requiring delivery must accept delivery within three months from the order date, otherwise the order will be voided and payment will be forfeited.
  • Specified Delivery Date or Time Slot: If a specific delivery date or time slot is requested, customers must pay an administrative fee of $600.
  • Delivery Rescheduling: If delivery products cannot be received for any reason and delivery needs to be rescheduled, customers must pay an administrative fee of $500. The new delivery date must be at least three working days after notification of the delivery change.
  • Additional Charges: If the delivery location is not directly accessible, such as when there is no elevator or when goods are too large to be transported by elevator, or when the delivery truck cannot reach the delivery location, customers must pay additional transportation fees calculated by the delivery personnel based on site conditions.

Other Additional Charges:

Village Access Fee

  • $50/50 meters (per piece or per box)
    • Calculated from the parking location, first 50 meters free
    • $50 for every subsequent 50 meters (maximum $300)

Mattress Lifting Fee (please consult customer service first)

  • $300/floor (per piece or per box)

Staircase Fee

  • No charge for two steps or below
  • Calculated as one floor per fifteen steps^, charges begin from the fifth step, with fewer than fifteen steps also counted as one floor. Charges per floor are as follows:
    • Per mattress pad: $30
    • Per mattress under 60" width: $100
    • Per mattress 60" width or above: $160

^Straight staircase maximum 15 steps

    • 54" or below: $300/floor/piece

Staircase Fee

  • Staircase fees are calculated as one floor per eight steps, with charges beginning from the fifth step. Fewer than eight steps are also counted as one floor. Lobby stairs of fewer than eight steps are also counted as one floor. Charges per floor are as follows:
    • Shoe cabinets/tables: $200
    • Mattresses under 48": $150
    • Mattresses 48" or above: $200
    • Bed frames/bed cabinets/furniture: $200

Courier Delivery

  • Third-party logistics will be applied to certain online orders.
  • For purchases of two or fewer small items (such as pillows and pressure relief products) from the online store, customers can pay $70 shipping fee to specify delivery by SF Express.
  • Before shipping, we will make every effort to ensure product quality and proper packaging; however, we cannot guarantee that goods will remain intact during transportation. Customers must bear all shipping risks, and we shall not be liable for any damage or loss during transit.

Store Pick-up

  • Store pickup service applies to specified products. Please refer to the product page for details.
  • Customers can select store pickup before payment. Products will arrive at the selected store within seven to ten working days after payment. Store staff will call to notify customers.
  • Customers must bring their order confirmation email to the store to collect goods within seven days from the notification date. Orders will be voided beyond this period, and payment will be forfeited.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
