Product Warranty Terms
- Bedding warranty period varies by style; bed frames and furniture are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty period is calculated from the delivery date.
- Warranty includes free on-site inspection and repair in the first year; from the second year onwards, on-site inspection and repair will incur additional charges.
- On-site service does not include outlying islands: Ma Wan and Tung Chung incur an additional charge of $100, while Discovery Bay incur an additional charge of $300.
- Valid receipt and delivery slip must be presented to enjoy warranty service.
- Replacement parts service is not available for all products.
- Warranty coverage does not include the following situations and any resulting repair costs (if applicable):
- Foam material color changes
- Personal preferences regarding product firmness and comfort
- Dimensional tolerance within ±2cm (length, height, and width)
- Human damage; or improper use, storage, or inappropriate cleaning methods
- Damage to fabric cover zippers or handles, mold, yellowing, stains, foam core tears resulting from product use
- Please note that mattress handles are only for positioning assistance and cannot bear the full weight of the mattress
- Any normal wear and tear, body impressions, cuts, scratches, improper bending
- Use of inappropriate bed frames (such as insufficient support, too small, or uneven surfaces)
- Damage caused by external factors (such as sun exposure, moisture, dust, dust mites, etc.)
Foam Core Sagging
- Under normal use, if mattress foam core sags 1.5 inches or more and cannot return to normal elasticity, replacement with the same model mattress is available at depreciated price.
- Under normal use, if mattress pad foam core sags 2cm or more and cannot return to normal elasticity, replacement with other mattress pads is available at depreciated price. If purchasing a higher-priced mattress pad, additional payment is required; if the new purchase is lower-priced, the difference can only be used for purchasing other products and cannot be refunded.
- Depreciated price is calculated based on the ratio of product usage period to warranty period; usage of less than one year is counted as one year.
All dates mentioned above are calculated in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
