How long is the mattress warranty period?

The mattress warranty period ranges from 3 to 10 years, depending on the mattress model. Please refer to the product page for details.

Will compression packaging affect the mattress and pillows?

No. We use high-quality materials and rigorous supervision to ensure that the compression process does not affect the quality or structure of the mattress and pillows in any way.

All compressed mattresses and pillows should be unboxed and decompressed within the following timeframes after purchase:
・Mattress: within 14 days of purchase
・Pillow: within 1 month of purchase

Can I put the mattress back in the box after opening the packaging?

No. We use professional machinery to compress the mattresses, and once the packaging is opened, it cannot be put back in the box.

Can I customize the mattress size?

We provide custom sizing services. For any inquiries, please contact customer service for assistance.

About Delivery

Can anyone enjoy free delivery service?

Free delivery service for online orders applies only to orders of $600 or above. Delivery service does not include outlying islands. Ma Wan and Tung Chung incur an additional charge of $100, while Discovery Bay incurs an additional charge of $300.

If the order is under $600, an additional delivery service fee of $100 will be charged.

What should I do if I need to change the delivery time?

If customers need to change the delivery time, please call the customer service hotline or send an email to make changes at least two working days before the scheduled delivery date, otherwise customers will need to pay an additional delivery fee of $500.

Is there a store pickup service?

Yes, store pickup service applies to specified products. Please refer to the product page for details.

Customers can select store pickup before payment. After completing payment, staff will call customers within seven to ten working days to arrange the pickup date.

About Returns and Exchanges

Can I get a refund or exchange?

All products (including standard sizes and custom products) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All custom orders, once confirmed, cannot be changed.
