Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Terms

  • All products (including standard sizes and custom products) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • All custom orders, once confirmed, cannot be changed.
  • If customers need to modify the order content for standard size products, please call the customer service hotline or send an email within 24 hours after purchase.
  • If customers need to modify standard size products after 24 hours of purchase, changes must be made via WhatsApp (852) 6390 7382 or email to enquiry@zleepylife.com two days before the mutually agreed delivery date; each change incurs an administrative fee of $500 for customers.
  • Product dimensions (length, height, and width) have a tolerance of ±2cm. This tolerance is normal. No refunds or exchanges are available within this range.

All dates mentioned above are calculated in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

ZLEEPY reserves the right of final interpretation and amendment of the terms and conditions of this service without individual notice. The content of the terms and conditions shall be subject to the Chinese version.
